Cold Water Cationic Softener Flake (FV-210) is a cationic softener flakes, suitable for cotton, linen and their blended fabrics and yarn soften finishing, can bring soft, smooth and fluffy handle, particularly suitable for high-end demands.

APPLICATION METHOD
Exhaust method:

Pad processing liquor a dry a heat set (150A C x 30 sec.)

DILUTION METHOD :
Cold water : Sparkle softener flakes into water with slow stirring, once it disperses fully in water then stop stirring. About 2 hours later start to stir again until a uniform paste is attained. Filtrate and reserve.
Warm water : Sparkle softener flakes into water with slow stirring, and heat up to about 45'C with stir until a uniform paste is attained. Cool down, filtrate and reserve.

STROAGE LIFE :
Store in a cool and well-ventilated place, sealed storage, the product is valid for 12 months.
