The Automatic Polymer Preparation Machine is divided in 2 or 3 sections, each one provided with a mechanical stirrer, everything made of stainless steel AISI304/316. The internal connections between sections allow the correct dissolution, homogenization and storage of the solution.
The system consist of:
- a hopper with a safety cover; stainless steel AISI304/316; volume range 40 to 70 Lt depending on the model
- micro screw feeder, with drive and speed regulation systems (from 200Lt/h to 3000Lt/h), consisting in a water filter, a pressure reduction system; a pressure gauge, a flow valve system, a flow meter.
Everything controlled by the control panel and install down the tank.
