Emar Dosa

We are manufacturing and supplying huge range of Emar Dosa from Pune, Maharashtra, India. Two measures of Mix, add three measures of water & mix well so that no lumps are left. Allow the mixture to remain for 15 minutes. Take a non-stick pan, put a few drops of oil on it & wipe it lightly with a clean cloth. Again stir the ixture well. Pour the dosa mix on to the pan, spread thinly, and fry on medium flame on one side only. During frying, put a littleoil around and on top of the dosa. For each subsequent dosa, take the pan off the fire and wipe it lightly with a wet cloth three or four times to cool it. (It is essential to cool the pan before the next Dosa is made. Additionally, these can be availed from us in huge quantities at reasonable price.
