Emar Vada

We are manufacturing and supplying huge range of Emar Vada from Pune, Maharashtra, India. To 1 measure of this MIX add 1 measure of water. Stir well so that no lumps are left. Add finely chopped onions, fresh ginger & green chillies,black pepper & small pieces of tender coconut if desired. Allow the mixture to stand for 15 inutes.Heat the oil well.Place a plastic sheet on one palm. Wet other hand. Take some vada mix in your palm. Shape it flat and round, and make a hole in the center with a wet finger. Deep fry on medium heat till golden brown. Enjoy hot vadas with sambar and/or coconut chutney. (This Packet makes 10/12 vadas.) Additionally, these can be availed from us in huge quantities at reasonable price.
