High Temperature Leveling Agent Rx-2103a

High temperature leveling agent RX-2103A is composed of special surfactant compounds, suitable for high temperature and high pressure dyeing of polyester, especially ultra-fine polyester fabrics and their blends.

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES
Excellent high-temperature dispersion stability to prevent dye condensation in the dyeing process.
Strong migration ability, good levelling effect, good mending effect when use with high dosage.
Small achromatism and good dyeing reproducibility.
Easily dilution with cold water
Very low foam.

Ionicity : Anionic/Nonionic
pH value : 6.0-8.0
Solubility : Easily soluble in water

DOSAGE FOR REFERENCE
Dilution method: recommend to dilute at ratio 1:4-1:6 or above
Mix with water and stir thoroughly at room temperature.
Dyeing process of polyester and its blends:
RX-2103A 0.15-1.0g/L
HAc 0.4-0.6mL/L
Dyes X
Ratio at 1:10i 125-130a A 30-60min.

STORAGE
Shelf life is 12 months.
Seal and store in cool, dry and ventilated place.
It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable after the shelf life, but the performance test should be carried out first.
