Silicone RX-8022
RX-8022 is a compound of various organosilicon, which imparts finished fabric soft, smooth,
delicate and elastic handle. It has good compatibility with other chemicals, can be used in one bath
with fixing agent, white glue and dye.
PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES
Especially suitable for knitted, imparts fabric soft, smooth handle and a delicate
feeling of silk.
It has excellent compatibility, can be used together with cationic and non-ionic
softeners to significantly improve the overall performance.
Improve elastic of fabric.
Good compatibility with other chemicals, can be used in one bath with fixing agent,
white glue and dye.
Low yellowing, little influence to white.

pH value : 5.0-7.0 (1% water solution)
Solubility : Easily soluble in water
DOSAGE FOR REFERENCE
Padding method:
RX-8022i 20~150g/L
One dip one nip, pick up 80-110% a setting at 140~170a .
REMARKS
When dilution, add water first, then add RX-8022 and stir evenly.
Please do not expose it in the air for a long time. Seal it in time after use.
Compatibility test should be carried out first when using in one bath with other
chemicals.

STORAGE
Shelf life is six months.
Seal and store in cool, dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight.
It does not mean that the product is no longer applicable after the shelf life, but the
performance test should be carried out first.
