Mending agent RX-2200 is a variety of surface active composites with good migration and retarding properties. It is suitable for defect mending and dyeing process of polyester.

PROPERTIES AND ADVANTAGES
Extraordinary migration property, can effectively solve the problem of defects of polyester and its blends in dyeing process.
The color is basically unchanged after mending process.
Strong dispersing property, prevents dye from agglutinating, and can effectively avoid the problems of color difference and color stains in the inner and outer layers of the cone yarn.
Good leveling effect can promote good reproducibility of ternary color matching series.
Can reduce the production of oligomers.
The smell is small and easy to wash.

Used as high temperature leveling agent for dyeing process:
RX-2200 0.1-0.3g/L
Ratio 1a 10, 130-140a A 30-60min
